Dr. Justin Turner

Justin L. Turner, Ph.D., joined Ingram ISD as Superintendent of Schools on January 1, 2026. Dr. Turner has served in various roles over a span of more than 20 years, including: teacher/coach, assistant principal, associate principal, middle school principal, high school principal, and superintendent.
Dr. Turner is from San Antonio, Texas, and earned his bachelor's degree, master's degree, and doctoral degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
He and his wife, Cecilia, have three daughters (Emma, Ana, and Lucia) who attend school in Ingram ISD. Dr. Turner also has a daughter (Yasmine) who is a graduate of the class of 2020, and she resides in San Antonio with her children (Alora and Oliver).
Dr. Turner and his family enjoy attending their local church, spending time together as a family, exploring outdoors, traveling, and cheering on the Ingram Warriors & UTSA Roadrunners!
